I've said it before, but the magnitude of these feelings far outweighs any other feelings of "Love" I've felt before. My parents have said before "What you've felt isn't love, it's compassion. You haven't known true love, nor will you for years." I've always discredited them, because I thought I've felt love. That was because I hadn't.

Yesterday, I realized that what I've felt for the current girl... cannot be defined as anything other than love.

I've cared for others, worried about others, even missed them. But this girl... I KNOW I love. Let me explain. Yesterday, I went on my first official date. I paid forty dollars for a day in paradise. I've never felt such strong feelings for any other girl. I had to stay home from school today, and I felt so guilty because I wasn't able to spend another day with that jewel of a human.

What exactly IS true love? By my parents definition, it's when you would give ANYTHING to spend more time with your significant other. When you love that person with such a passion, you'd face ANYTHING to rescue them from any form of peril. When you gaze into your partner's eyes, and no matter what they say about how they look, you adore every fiber of their being. When you would do anything to spend your life with your other partner. And most importantly, if your partner feels the same way.

If that's the way it's defined, then I truly am feeling true love. Scoff if you will, but I'm not kidding! After last night, I lay awake, longing for her. Not sexually, for you perverts out there. I just longed to spend far more time with her. Shortly afterward, during today, I found myself listening to Cascada, Simple and Clean, Sanctuary, and Heaven when you Kiss me. I also caught myself staring into the picture she'd drawn of her and me... Wishing that that very event had occurred. I feel like my head's in the clouds, and I've been in an insanely good mood since. If this isn't love, I don't know what is!

I'm deeply in love with this wonderful angel, and I find myself saying that I'd face down every demon in hell if it meant that i could spend time with her again. I've been struck by cupid's arrow, and it's going to keep me happy for ages. I love this girl more than any other girl i've been paired with. I've been in many a relationship, but I love this girl more than anybody else i've been with. Kailos Nevermore and Masilence should be able to guess what girl I'm talking about.
